The Prescott Enterprise Partner Program for Real Estate Professionals

The Enterprise Partner program is a referral program where real estate professionals such as consultants, lawyers, architects, accountants and others are paid a percentage of acquisition, property management and leasing fees generated by referred properties over a specified time. We choose partners based upon market knowledge and creativity in sourcing transactions, to form strong, local, long-term relationships.

Examples

• Prescott Enterprise Partner, Gatehouse Capital, is in the hospitality development and redevelopment business. Recently, Gatehouse developed the W brand with Starwood Hotels in San Diego, San Jose, Los Angeles and Dallas. Prescott invites Gatehouse to develop hospitality properties in targeted mixed-use developments. Our Entity Level Investment Vehicle supplies capital to Gatehouse for urban infill developments sourced by either group.
• Centro Development is a Prescott multi-family Enterprise Partner. Kent Collins, Centro Principal, is a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience in multi-family, retail and mixed-use development. His experience in developing and maintaining strong community and media relationships with Disney Imagineering has helped Post Properties execute multiple low- and mid-rise mixed-use urban projects in Dallas, Austin, Houston and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Centro is assisting Prescott in the redevelopment of 6060 North Central Expressway in Dallas.
