Prescott Realty Group is an investment company that focuses on real estate performance. The core group of executives has an average of twenty years experience in the real estate business with large companies. Drawing on our experience, policies and procedures, we identify and resolve the critical issues that increase asset values and investment returns. We retain control over the key aspects of the business related to acquisition underwriting, due diligence, closing, leasing and management.

However, our organization is also scalable and flexible. We leverage the organizational capability by forming key relationships with brokers, ad valorem tax consultants, attorneys, and CPAs who can provide both services and acquisition opportunities. We also outsource certain non-core functions such as human resources and IT. As a result of these organizational strategies, and the fact that most of the employees are project-based, we have not created a large centralized organization.

Key factors to sustain long-term growth and value creation include an experienced and entrepreneurial executive team, an ability to identify, acquire, develop and operate strategic assets through proven leasing and management expertise, operational transparency to the market and above all, integrity to the institutional capital partner.
